第1篇 學校幼兒園崗位職責
項目經(jīng)理(學校、幼兒園)(9713) 旭輝 上海旭和置業(yè)有限公司,旭輝地產(chǎn),旭輝置業(yè),旭輝集團,旭和
崗位職責:
1.負責所屬項目的進度、質(zhì)量、安全管理工作,協(xié)助其他部門進行規(guī)劃、標準、成本、設(shè)計管理;
2.負責整個工程的監(jiān)督、協(xié)調(diào)機電專業(yè)工程的質(zhì)量、施工進度、安全、文明施工及標準化等各方面工作,保證項目的節(jié)點進度;
3.負責整個工程各分部分項工程的質(zhì)量驗收評定工作;
4.熟悉施工圖紙,參與圖紙會審和技術(shù)交底并督促執(zhí)行,參與技術(shù)會議并提出合理化建議;
5.熟悉合同工期及各相關(guān)節(jié)點工期要求,參與項目的生產(chǎn)協(xié)調(diào)及調(diào)度工作,督促審核總分包單位和供應(yīng)商的生產(chǎn)計劃,解決有關(guān)矛盾,確保合同工期的實現(xiàn);
6.督促檢查總分包單位、分項工程技術(shù)復(fù)核工作,參與研究有關(guān)技術(shù)方案,督促檢查方案的實施;
7.負責現(xiàn)場監(jiān)理單位管理,參加驗收工作,及時發(fā)現(xiàn)施工中存在的質(zhì)量問題,并督促整改落實;
8.督促檢查施工過程中的安全生產(chǎn)、文明施工等工作,發(fā)現(xiàn)問題督促整改;
9.完成領(lǐng)導(dǎo)交辦的其他事項。
任職資格:
1.本科及以上學歷,建筑、機電、裝飾等相關(guān)專,具備工程師專業(yè)技術(shù)職稱、建造師執(zhí)業(yè)資格;
2. 熟悉了解外資工程項目管理模式、具備設(shè)計院或者一線施工單位服務(wù)背景、掌握土建、裝飾、機電等國家強制性規(guī)范(具有乙方一線建設(shè)管理經(jīng)驗為最佳);
3.五年及以上教育集團或大型房產(chǎn)公司任職經(jīng)驗,獨立完成過完整的商業(yè)綜合體、園區(qū)建設(shè)經(jīng)驗或者學?;蛘哂變簣@項目,具有至少5
個完整的大型商業(yè)項目機電施工管理經(jīng)驗,擅長標準化流程建設(shè)及匯報ppt能力,具有較好的工程技術(shù)與項目管理經(jīng)驗,熟悉地產(chǎn)流程及造價管預(yù)決算等方面管理能力;
4.積極陽光,具有較強的溝通協(xié)調(diào)能力、解決問題能力與項目管理能力;
5.具備較強的抗壓能力,可以接受出差。

幼兒園學校教科室主任崗位職責
1.掌握科學的教育理念,樹立正確的人才觀,了解國內(nèi)外教育前沿信息,努力推進學校(幼兒園)教育現(xiàn)代化的進程。以實施素質(zhì)教育、全面培養(yǎng)學生的創(chuàng)新精神和實踐能力為重點,制訂學校(幼兒園)的教育科研發(fā)展規(guī)劃和教育科研工作的方針、政策以及工作計劃。
2.理論與實際相結(jié)合,遵循教育科研規(guī)律,從實際出發(fā),切實加強教育科研的開展。既要注重前瞻性、系統(tǒng)性,又要注重實效性。
3.加強對教師教育科研的崗位培訓(xùn),組織教師學習現(xiàn)代教育理論,普及教育科研基礎(chǔ)知識,引導(dǎo)教師積極投入到教育科研中去,以科研帶動教學和教改。
4.根據(jù)上級教育科研部門的要求,認真抓好學校(幼兒園)集體或個人承擔的各級各類立項課題的管理,確保按期完成,出好成果,出精品。
5.堅持“立足現(xiàn)實、著眼發(fā)展、突出重點,全面推進”的課題研究的原則,制訂校(幼兒園)級課題的立項制度,擴大教育科研的參與面 ,抓好課題申報、論證、立項、計劃、實施、總結(jié)和成果推廣等課題管理各環(huán)節(jié),使教育科研走上科學化、制度化、規(guī)范化的軌道。
6.及時開展各種課題研究咨詢活動,解決課題研究中的問題,促進理論和教育實踐的結(jié)合,主動為課題研究者提供指導(dǎo)、咨詢和信息服務(wù),同時主動加強與上級教育科研部門的聯(lián)系,及時匯報學校教育科研和課題研究的進展情況,求得上級有關(guān)部門的幫助指導(dǎo)。
7.通過多種渠道積極宣傳教育科研和教學改革的信息,引導(dǎo)教師吸收和借鑒國內(nèi)外先進教育思想和教改經(jīng)驗,結(jié)合自己的和學校的實際情況進行創(chuàng)造性地發(fā)揮。
8.定期舉辦各種形式的學校(幼兒園)教育科研評獎活動,及時推廣教師的教育科研研究成果并匯集成冊。
9.努力構(gòu)建課題組、兼職教科研員等形式的學校(幼兒園)群眾性教育科研網(wǎng)絡(luò),加強對教育科研骨干的培養(yǎng),促進廣大青年教師從實踐型、經(jīng)驗型轉(zhuǎn)化為科研型。
10.加強與教導(dǎo)處等有關(guān)部門的協(xié)同作戰(zhàn),努力探索優(yōu)化教學、提高教學質(zhì)量的途徑和辦法,注意將信息技術(shù)引進課堂,把提高課堂教學質(zhì)量作為學校(幼兒園)教育科研的出發(fā)點和歸宿。
11.加強學校(幼兒園)教育科研檔案管理,認真做好教育科研資料的收集、鑒定、整理、保管等工作,充分開發(fā)學校(幼兒園)教育科研資料資源。
12.加強自身業(yè)務(wù)進修,努力提高思想素質(zhì)、業(yè)務(wù)素質(zhì)特別是教育科研能力,發(fā)揚奉獻精神和合作精神,爭做教育教學改革的帶頭人,教育理論和教育實踐相結(jié)合的探索者。
