第1篇 拓展主任崗位職責(zé)

在北京教學(xué)中心具體負(fù)責(zé)課程拓展與招生工作,達(dá)致既定的招生收入業(yè)績(jī)目標(biāo),提升所負(fù)責(zé)課程的知名度和美譽(yù)度。
工作職責(zé):
1、深入學(xué)習(xí)理解所負(fù)責(zé)課程,分析制定所負(fù)責(zé)課程在華北地區(qū)的目標(biāo)人群策略,制定合理的招生分解計(jì)劃并有效實(shí)施招生分解計(jì)劃;
2、通過(guò)有效的溝通跟進(jìn),成功招選符合香港大學(xué)space中國(guó)商業(yè)學(xué)院入學(xué)要求的學(xué)生,并完成既定的績(jī)效任務(wù):
1)組織執(zhí)行所負(fù)責(zé)課程的開(kāi)放日、咨詢?nèi)盏日猩茝V工作,講解學(xué)院與課程介紹,并激發(fā)參與活動(dòng)人員個(gè)人的報(bào)讀意向;
2)高效跟進(jìn)具有報(bào)讀課程意向的各類潛在人員線索,通過(guò)有效的個(gè)人溝通(如書面、電話或面談等方式)識(shí)別合格的申請(qǐng)人,促使合格意向人員申請(qǐng)報(bào)讀所負(fù)責(zé)課程并成功繳納學(xué)費(fèi);
3)根據(jù)學(xué)院招生錄取規(guī)范,協(xié)助學(xué)員完成報(bào)讀申請(qǐng)、面試、繳費(fèi)、注冊(cè)、赴港參加開(kāi)學(xué)等各項(xiàng)工作。
3、制定所負(fù)責(zé)課程的推廣計(jì)劃,拓展推廣合作資源,服從課程中心地區(qū)統(tǒng)籌主管的分工,負(fù)責(zé)執(zhí)行相應(yīng)的推廣計(jì)劃。
4、協(xié)助班級(jí)教務(wù)管理工作,做好所負(fù)責(zé)課程人脈圈經(jīng)營(yíng),推動(dòng)所負(fù)責(zé)課程的提升教學(xué)品質(zhì),創(chuàng)造口碑,爭(zhēng)取得到更多的學(xué)員推薦報(bào)讀:
1)擔(dān)任招生班主任,與教務(wù)班主任配合,選拔班委,組織分享日、參訪日等學(xué)員班級(jí)活動(dòng),增強(qiáng)班級(jí)凝聚力;
2)按照學(xué)院的教學(xué)規(guī)章制度嚴(yán)格管理班級(jí),配合教務(wù)班主任,在所負(fù)責(zé)課程班級(jí)樹(shù)立良好學(xué)風(fēng)。
5、根據(jù)教學(xué)中心值班安排進(jìn)行帶班工作,有效填寫值班日志,確保課程順利進(jìn)行,及時(shí)反饋教學(xué)雙方意見(jiàn),協(xié)助處理教學(xué)管理的各類危機(jī)事件。
6、上級(jí)交辦的其它事宜。

this role of bd specialist`s main responsibilities include but not limited to: identifying and incubating business interests and opportunities for customers around beijing area. the role is expected to provide business development strategic and sales support to various product lines by study the region market and business environment situation.
ii. responsibility and authority
1. collect and analyze potential client information and competition information;
2. effectively communicate with target client by telephone, visit, meeting, marketing events and other approaches to understand customer needs, look for business opportunities;
3. support the preparation of presentation materials and proposal documents;
4. collaborate with internal departments to meet client needs and manage client expectations;
5. maintain relationship with existing clients to enhance client satisfaction, explore repetitive business opportunities & cross-selling opportunities;
6. timely input and update business information in crm system, work out customer sales strategy, visit plan and exploit customer demands deeply;
7. achieve personal sales targets and objectives;
8. complete tasks as assigned by leader.
iii. education and experience
1. college degree or above, more than 5 years working experiences in sales, towards multinational company, large local company or e-commerce company is preferred.
2. a sound understanding of client requirements, market trend and industrial competitors
3. excellent interpersonal communication skills with both clients and internal departments;
4. good presentation skills;
5. microsoft office skills including ppt proficiency;
6. good command of english;
7. responsible, self-motivated, positive working attitude and team-work player.
第3篇 土地拓展主任崗位職責(zé)
崗位職責(zé):
1. 通過(guò)各種渠道收集土地項(xiàng)目信息;
2. 進(jìn)行地塊現(xiàn)場(chǎng)勘踏,負(fù)責(zé)土地可行性研究報(bào)告及投資測(cè)算分析;
3. 協(xié)助部門領(lǐng)導(dǎo)參加三舊改造、并購(gòu)、合作開(kāi)發(fā)等項(xiàng)目的前期談判,撰寫相關(guān)合同協(xié)議;
4. 負(fù)責(zé)組織參加土地招拍掛競(jìng)買手續(xù);
5. 組織協(xié)調(diào)各部門為項(xiàng)目拓展及投資決策提供支持,并在取得地塊后組織好項(xiàng)目資料移交;
6. 協(xié)調(diào)政府相關(guān)部門的工作,維護(hù)公司與政府部門的良好關(guān)系;
任職資格:
1、??埔陨蠈W(xué)歷;
2、二年以上房地產(chǎn)市場(chǎng)研究、土地獲取或三舊改造工作經(jīng)驗(yàn);
3、良好的人際關(guān)系與溝通、談判與解決問(wèn)題能力、責(zé)任心強(qiáng);
4、熟悉珠海土地市場(chǎng),具備珠海區(qū)域成功案例者優(yōu)先考慮。

崗位職責(zé):
1、負(fù)責(zé)配合部門總經(jīng)理拓展所負(fù)責(zé)區(qū)域商業(yè)地產(chǎn)項(xiàng)目;
2、負(fù)責(zé)項(xiàng)目篩選以及拓展項(xiàng)目的市場(chǎng)、商圈調(diào)查與風(fēng)險(xiǎn)排除;

任職資格:

2、熟悉商業(yè)地產(chǎn)市場(chǎng)現(xiàn)狀,具備豐富的商業(yè)項(xiàng)目拓展資源;
3、房地產(chǎn)、文學(xué)類相關(guān)專業(yè)本科及以上學(xué)歷;
