底盤工程師主要負(fù)責(zé)底盤系統(tǒng)及其零部件的設(shè)計，并跟蹤試制的全過程，對所發(fā)生的問題提供技術(shù)支持以及改進建議和措施。
底盤工程師崗位職責(zé)
1.定義底盤系統(tǒng)（轉(zhuǎn)向、車輛性能/零件調(diào)試、車架及動力總成懸置、懸架、制動、車輪輪胎）及子系統(tǒng)關(guān)鍵特征；
2.定義底盤系統(tǒng)及子系統(tǒng)恰當(dāng)?shù)某叽绾凸睿?/p>
3.確定底盤零部件的要求和測試規(guī)范；
4.負(fù)責(zé)底盤零部件的技術(shù)設(shè)計、工作圖樣繪制及技術(shù)文件編制工作；
5.負(fù)責(zé)對底盤技術(shù)問題和質(zhì)量問題進行分析，并提出持續(xù)改進措施；
6.負(fù)責(zé)新開發(fā)的底盤零部件的試制、改進及驗證跟蹤工作；
7.進行底盤零部件樣品的確認(rèn)封樣工作，并協(xié)同相關(guān)部門進行合格供方的評審及技術(shù)協(xié)議的簽訂；
8.維護底盤零部件清單并保證全球描述系統(tǒng)中底盤零部件發(fā)布的正確性。
底盤工程師崗位要求
1.汽車底盤或機械等相關(guān)專業(yè)；
2.了解汽車底盤系統(tǒng)的布局、結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計及相關(guān)系統(tǒng)的結(jié)構(gòu)原理；
3.熟悉汽車轉(zhuǎn)向/發(fā)動機附件系統(tǒng)的制造技術(shù)、工作原理、匹配計算及產(chǎn)品工藝性；
4.熟悉各類零部件的加工工藝及工作原理；
5.熟練運用cad/cam/ug等軟件。
底盤工程師發(fā)展方向
汽車底盤工程師待積累經(jīng)驗技術(shù)后，可以向管理職位發(fā)展，如項目經(jīng)理。
第2篇 底盤研發(fā)工程師崗位職責(zé)
崗位職責(zé):
制動系統(tǒng):
乘用車、電動車制動系統(tǒng)開發(fā)(制動器、制動助力裝置、管路)
底盤電子:
esc、epb、ibooster、eps系統(tǒng)軟件電控開發(fā)
懸架系統(tǒng):

第3篇 車底盤工程師崗位職責(zé)
崗位職責(zé)描述:1.負(fù)責(zé)電動四輪車底盤方案設(shè)計,并協(xié)調(diào)各專業(yè)設(shè)計優(yōu)化;2.負(fù)責(zé)汽車前后懸架系統(tǒng),制動系統(tǒng),轉(zhuǎn)向系統(tǒng),車身結(jié)構(gòu)部分設(shè)計零部件設(shè)計選型、封樣;3.能獨立完成底盤某一部分系統(tǒng)設(shè)計工作;4.組織底盤零部件檢驗標(biāo)準(zhǔn)編制及對品質(zhì)部門掌握檢驗標(biāo)準(zhǔn)予以輔導(dǎo);5.負(fù)責(zé)樣機(車)指導(dǎo)裝配、工人培訓(xùn);6.產(chǎn)品法規(guī)符合性的分析與校核;7.負(fù)責(zé)相關(guān)系統(tǒng)的計算;8.負(fù)責(zé)車型底盤bom表編制與維護;9.負(fù)責(zé)相關(guān)技術(shù)條件編制。人員基本要求:1.本科及以上學(xué)歷,汽車或機械專業(yè);2.從事2年以上相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗;3.掌握汽車底盤設(shè)計相關(guān)知識,熟悉產(chǎn)品開發(fā)流程;4.熟練應(yīng)用catia等設(shè)計軟件及各種辦公軟件。5.工作主動,具備合作精神和團隊工作素質(zhì),能夠承受較大的工作壓力,具有良好的溝通和協(xié)調(diào)能力。

? chassis components :
1) collect the data : architecture of chassis, components files (specification, drawings, test reports …)
2) exchange with partner / partner’s components suppliers in order to understand the design referential,
3) share the data with experts in china & in central office
4) manage the data and store it under it system (to be defined).
? follow kp1 development of chassis for in order to prepare industrialization outside china : be the interface between offices and the partner for all technically related topics (in the respect of the job-share between pand partner).

6) for each component :
a) drawings / specifications (functionnal or built-to print) including essential functional characteristics

d) test reports on bench (dv / pv)
e) assembly process / invariants
? deliverables regarding safety of esc (iso26262), hps, brake calipers and screwing assemblies.
