1. lead cross-functional teams to deliver new product launched on time and budget. ensure that these teams achieve all customer and company requirements including quality, cost, delivery, product performance and customer satisfaction.
2.organize all new product launch related activities.
3.ensure the advanced product quality planning (apqp) process is established, documented, implemented and followed according to qs9000/ts16949 procedures.
4.serve as the expert in new product launch systems including timing, documentation and interaction.
5.ensure the team develops/finalizes special characteristics, design reviews fmea, establish actions to reduce potential failure modes, develop and/or reviews control plans and communicate variance to plan early so issues can be addressed.
6.maintain good communication among project team members, departments, and customers.
7.maintain program cost reporting against budget.

5. 關(guān)注相關(guān)行業(yè)動(dòng)態(tài)并參與行業(yè)研究報(bào)告的撰寫(xiě)；
6. 參與標(biāo)桿企業(yè)研究，完成數(shù)據(jù)收集與分析工作；
7. 參與銷售前段的項(xiàng)目建議書(shū)撰寫(xiě)等商務(wù)工作；
8. 完成公司交代的其他工作與任務(wù)。
職位要求：
1、學(xué)歷要求：重點(diǎn)高校本科及以上學(xué)歷，博士、碩士和mba優(yōu)先；
2、專業(yè)要求：工業(yè)工程、項(xiàng)目管理等理工科相關(guān)專業(yè)優(yōu)先；
3、工作經(jīng)歷：1年以上精益管理類咨詢項(xiàng)目經(jīng)驗(yàn)，或1年以上大型知名企業(yè)（外資/民營(yíng)）現(xiàn)場(chǎng)改善及精益生產(chǎn)推進(jìn)相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)，具備初級(jí)精益生產(chǎn)、六西格瑪、卓越績(jī)效等專業(yè)理論知識(shí)及項(xiàng)目參與經(jīng)驗(yàn)；
職位要求：
1. 學(xué)歷要求：重點(diǎn)高校研究生學(xué)歷，985/211大學(xué)本科學(xué)歷也可考慮；
2. 專業(yè)要求：電力類、經(jīng)濟(jì)類、管理類相關(guān)專業(yè)；
3. 工作經(jīng)歷：具有咨詢公司或市場(chǎng)研究公司實(shí)習(xí)或工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先；
